Impact Ministries International was started by Tom Stamman, a traveling prophet and evangelist who ministers all over the country preaching God’s word and praying with the gifts of Prophecy and Word of Knowledge to anyone who attends his meetings.
In 2004 Tom married the love of his life Dr. Teresa Stamman and The City of Refuge was born in 2008 when Tom realized that eight children from one of their Honduran feeding programs were naked and homeless. It wrecked him. He set his face like flint and has been on a relentless mission to save and improve the lives of widows and orphans in Honduras and dozens of countries around the world ever since.
Tom speaks and preaches at least 400 times a year to promote the message of James 1:27 and the IMI vision of fulfilling the great commission one life at a time. Tom literally travels all over the United States and the World to anywhere he is invited in order to preach and pray for people. On any given night you may find him in private homes, large churches, or even preaching outside. Tom has ministered all over the country in states such as Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Washington, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Hawaii, California, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. And in countries such as Haiti, Honduras, Argentina, Poland, and Germany just to name a few.
Impact Ministries International has taken over two thousand people including over 100 pastors of all denominations on their mission trips. The list includes people from Sarah Palin’s church in Alaska and Mike Huckabee’s church in Florida. There are 2 options overseas and two options in the U.S.
National option #1 includes New Lisbon, Wisconsin at our Destiny Center. We are remodeling a 25 thousand square foot building to house 50 girls rescued from sex trafficking. This will be the largest safe house in the Midwest. Or option #2 is on the big island in Hawaii. We are building a safe house for up to twelve girls rescued from sex trafficking. This trip is for construction teams only at this time. Our International trips include Option #1 in Belize where we are building safe houses for girls. They are using agriculture to make the house self- sustaining. We are also building a day camp for the inner city youth in the area. We are looking for help with construction, agriculture and outreach for the young people.
Option # 2 is in Honduras. We are building a self-sustaining city called the City of Refuge wrapped around an orphanage that houses 60 children. People can help in agriculture such as with poultry, livestock, grains, fruits, and vegetables. We need help in our art room or in our music room where we have 59 instruments to help make music with. Sports include swimming, soccer, volleyball, basketball, wrestling, and weight training. We also have a medical clinic for medical and dental needs. The trades we have needs in are as follows: our mechanic shop, welding, furniture making, beauty shop, baking, sewing, and all types of construction and painting. Evangelism and outreach are also needed throughout the city. You may preach and teach as often as you want. And we need people to read and play with the kids and show them love.
